How we work:
WordingsPLUS centralises your wordings activity in one secure location. Drop off your documentation onto a desktop icon and wait to be notified when it is finished, knowing that the whole process is being actively managed on your behalf.
Clients drag and drop documentation into the repository via a 'drop off zone', completing a simple reference dialog box that indicates the service required and their own unique references such as Date, UMR or Underwriting Reference.
Behind the scenes the work is immediately made available to suitably qualified WordingsPLUS experts who are notified by a repository message or email.
Only appropriately qualified experts can access the documents and work on them. The work is then reviewed to agreed standards and placed in the clients 'collection zone'. As this happens, the repository generates an email to the client containing a link to the finished work.
Similar procedures cover queried and rejected items.
WordingsPLUS maintains full workflow management with a complete audit trail function, so that both we and our client can monitor the status of every piece of work.
